In June, Belize's Middle Caye became home to the world's first wildlife interactive trail located on an atoll (www.travelbelize.org).
The self–guided Beck Interpretive Trail features fourteen stations with information about the exotic plants, animals and geology found throughout the Belize Barrier Reef.
Marine biologist Melida Frost teamed up with the Wildlife Conservation Society in New York to create the interpretive trail—designed to be a unique and valuable education and conversation tool.
